InQuarters Custom Models
I offer custom built and small run model emergency vehicles. I use automotive paint and match the color to the real vehicle. All the graphics are produced by Vector based art and commercially screen printed decals are used. Below is a sample of custom made emergency vehicles using a variety of die cast vehicles.
These Cararama 1/43 scale Chevrolet Tahoe's are made with decals from the InQuarters Brush Fire sheet. The model above features markings of the National Park Service Fire.
The above model was made using the USFS fire decals. The light bars are varied and can usually be made to order.
This BLM fire unit features a double yellow stripe made by utilizing the 1/64 scale stripe on the sheet, and overlaying a thin white stripe, giving the appearance of double yellow. These models are usually in stock, or can be made to order.
The US Fish & Wildlife law enforcement vehicle was made using decals from several of my police and fire decal sheets. It also features red and blue mirror strobe light decals.
This US Forest Service law enforcement unit was made with decals from my Brush Fire sheet and one of my police car decal sheets.

Above are custom painted and decorated Code 3 Collectibles Suburban's that I recently completed for a customer. Each one of the seven has a unique custom Vector light bar on the roof. Below are some examples from Los Angeles County. The Battalion 6 is show in front of a standard issue from Code 3. I replaced the wheels and tires with some suitable items from an HO scale semi truck. The silver paint was removed from the wheel wells and along the body line. I added decals from my Los Angeles County Fire Department sheet. The white version is a Las Vegas release that has had the wheel well trim removed, and new decals added.
The above Los Angeles County Fire Department lifeguard units were constructed from various die cast. I have a few extra of each or can make them as ordered. Roof lights vary. The Road Champs S-10 had a wheel and tire change. That is not always possible.
These are Road Champs brand Impala's. Here you can see an example of extra parts, and attention to detail. Both feature my metal cast wheels. They both have added spotlights and interior details such as shotguns (visible in photos) dash mounted radar and communications console. They also feature my custom made light bars. The Nevada HP car has a push bumper installed.
Several years ago, I did a few cars for some of the folks at the DARE program in Pima County, Arizona. The Pima County Sheriff's department used cars that were offered in standard Ford colors. The deep copper color was a popular car for the DARE program, and this car was featured in Law and Order magazine and in a book about police cars in the US. They also used a blue car, and a silver. These old Road Champs cars were stripped and repainted using the actual automotive colors. They were then clear coated with five coats of clear to make the paint look deep and bring out the metal flake. I have a few of these cars that I had not finished and will offer them here and on Ebay in the coming months.
I accept Pay Pal, checks and money orders. All shipping is via the USPS and I ship world wide. Please email me with any questions info@roadblockers.net
Above is a Jada 2006 Dodge Charger Police Car. I have added the interior equipment from other kits. The shotgun and dash radar and radio are from a Testor's Crown Vic. The lap top computer is from a Revell Impala kit. I also added the screen from the Testor's kit. The Jada car does not come with any interior police equipment. I does have a really nice LED light bar. I painted the mounts for the light bar, and added an aluminum colored plastic strip to the top of the bar. The car has decals for the Pima County Sheriff in Arizona. These cars can be decorated with any available decals, and different police equipment can be added to the interior, as well as several different light bars. Email me for details.
